Shipping Policy

Same-day shipping
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time on business days will ship the same day. Orders placed at or after 12:00 PM Central Time, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.
Same-day shipping applies to in-stock orders that have completed payment and order review. Unexpected payment, inventory, address, fraud-prevention, carrier, weather, or other operational issues may delay shipment.
Shipping area and charges
ALTA Peptides currently ships within the United States. Available shipping services, charges, and any estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before the order is submitted.
Tracking and delivery estimates
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after the order is prepared for shipment. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by ALTA Peptides. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.
Shipping address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact altapeptides@gmail.com immediately if an address correction is needed. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, an address change or interception may not be possible. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Delayed, lost, or marked-delivered packages
Carrier delays can occur because of weather, service disruptions, holidays, or other events outside our control. If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, first check the delivery area and contact the carrier. Then email us with the order number so we can review the shipment and assist with an available carrier inquiry or claim.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
Inspect the package promptly after delivery. If an order arrives damaged, materially incomplete, or incorrect, contact altapeptides@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, packing materials, product, and lot/batch information. Keep all packaging while the issue is reviewed.
Research-use products
All products are sold strictly for lawful laboratory, analytical, and scientific research. Purchasers are responsible for lawful receipt, storage, handling, and use after delivery. Products are not for human or veterinary use or consumption.
