Agreement and permitted use
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Research Use Policy. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from ALTA Peptides.
Research products sold by ALTA Peptides are offered exclusively for lawful laboratory, analytical, and scientific research. They are not for human or veterinary use or consumption.

ALTA Peptides does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, dosing guidance, administration instructions, or instructions for human or veterinary use. Product information is supplied for identification, specification, documentation, and research purchasing purposes only.
Orders and right to refuse
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. ALTA Peptides may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to address suspected misuse, fraud, regulatory concerns, inventory issues, pricing errors, payment issues, or other legitimate business or compliance concerns. If a cancelled order has already been charged, any refund due will be returned through the original payment method subject to processor timing.
Pricing and payment
Prices and availability may change without notice before an order is accepted. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed charges may be added at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with an order.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by the Shipping Policy. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time on business days are eligible for same-day shipping as described in that policy. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Returns, damaged goods, and order issues
All research-product sales are final, subject to the damaged, defective, or incorrect-item process described in the Refund & Returns Policy. Do not return research materials without prior written authorization.
Certificates of Analysis and specifications
Certificates of Analysis and specifications are provided for analytical and documentation purposes. Results apply to the identified sample or lot and do not constitute a representation of safety, effectiveness, suitability for human or veterinary use, or FDA approval.
Purchaser representations
You represent that you will comply with applicable laws and institutional requirements and that you will not use, market, relabel, resell, or represent ALTA Peptides products as approved therapeutic products or as products intended for human or veterinary administration.
Intellectual property
The ALTA Peptides name, logos, site design, product photography, graphics, and original website content are owned by or licensed to ALTA Peptides and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission except as allowed by law.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, research products and website materials are provided for their stated research purpose without warranties beyond those expressly stated at the time of sale. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
